Terms and conditions
Last updated 31 August 2026. Draft for client review — final legal text to be supplied or approved by the client.
1. Your account
You must provide a valid email address, which we verify before any test attempt is saved or any Writing test is marked. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One person may hold one account, used by that person alone. Signing in ends any other session on the account, and sharing a subscription is a breach of these terms that may result in all associated accounts being closed.
2. Tests and evaluations
Reading and Listening tests are scored automatically against an answer key that accepts documented variants. Writing submissions are marked automatically against the official band descriptors, and an examiner can review any script on request. Band scores are estimates for practice purposes and do not predict or guarantee an official IELTS result.
A subscription allows three Writing tests per day. The allowance resets daily and unused tests do not carry forward.
3. Content and intellectual property
All passages, audio, questions and correction videos are the property of IELTS Essentials or its licensors. Correction videos are watermarked with your account identity. Copying, recording, downloading or redistributing any content is prohibited and results in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Subscriptions renew automatically where your payment method supports it; otherwise you will receive a reminder before expiry with a link to renew. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, including any IELTS result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
