Refund policy

7-day refund window

A subscription may be refunded in full if requested within 7 days of payment and no Writing test has been submitted for marking under that subscription.

After a script has been marked

Once a Writing test has been submitted and marked, the subscription has been used and cannot be refunded. The remainder of an unused subscription period is not refundable.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or charged for an order that did not activate, contact support with your transaction reference. Verified duplicates are refunded in full within 5 working days to the original payment method.

How to request

Email support@ieltsessentials.com from your registered address with the transaction reference. Refunds via JazzCash and Easypaisa are returned to the originating wallet; bank transfers are returned to the originating account.
